Can HRT help with sleep and brain fog?

Can HRT help with sleep and brain fog?

When night sweats fragment sleep, HRT that reduces vasomotor symptoms often improves sleep continuity and next-day clarity. HRT is not approved as a primary dementia-prevention or cognitive-enhancement drug. If insomnia persists after flashes improve, CBT-I and other sleep evaluation remain important. HormoneFit treats the chain: flashes → sleep → cognition.

  • Indirect benefit via better sleep is common
  • Not a standalone nootropic
  • Assess apnea if snoring/refractory fatigue

Setting expectations

We aim for fewer nighttime awakenings and clearer days — not perfect memory under extreme work stress without sleep opportunity.
